The regulatory landscape in the US right now is incredibly murky, depending on which regulator you talk to. I think we're kind of in that overreach cycle and there's a lot going on and it's not necessarily coherent. It would be nice if there had been some like proactive rulemaking in the last seven or eight years. The absence of that is going to bode pretty well for some of the probably upcoming lawsuits such as the one against Coinbase.
