What Is the Impact of Doha Agreement on Foreign Fighters in Afghanistan?
This is something that clearly is going to concern the west. It was certainly part of the talks in dohar, was about relations with with alcide and with preventing terrorist groups from taking root in afghanistan. I have no doubt that the united states will try to do that. But how much te succeed is a different question. The taleban did not necessarily agree and abide by the conditions that were included in that agreement,. except for one condition, not to attack american soldiers or foreign soldiers. Persay, if every other condition was violated in that agreement, including their ties and relationship with algida, you just mentioned the real question.
