Navigating the Wave

It's almost like I've had so many moments where I've ridden out the end of a big wave and I feel so overwhelmed with emotion and excitement that I don't want to make a fool of myself. So I just put my head in the water and I just scream. It feels quite primitive actually just screaming all out, then I can come back up to civilization and be civilized again.
