"I would love for everybody to have internet. And if you can find a way to just make that happen, I think market solutions are the best," he says. "If nobody volunteered to go and make internet, like if it's a human right, you would need to force someone to make internet for everyone or force someone to pay for internet for everyone." But freedom of speech is a qualitatively different kind because you don't have to do anything to anybody to have it. No one has to participate. It's your birthright by nature of existence", he adds.
