i don't tend to eat 300 grams of fat a day, or at one meal a ra, or six ounces of heavy whip and creaming all the time. But i wonder at what point the actual switch was and the blood triglo strides became elevated. I would love for you guys to repeat this experiment with different types of fat and see if there's something about the dairy fat that does it. We'll talk later in the ama about dairy and my concerns about dairy specifically.
