Investing in the Vision Fund
Sofbank and masa have created a vision fund to invest in companies that may underpin the global shifts brought on by artificial intelligence. Softbank believes it will own big pieces of companies where they have actually quite a bit of control. It is highly autonomous, data driven, lots of information moving around in real time across a bunch of different sectors. To the extent that you agree with that vision and you believe that that's where the world's going, mass has been pressiant a few times before - there are worse people to follow.
