Is There Any Coherence Down the Chain?
Teachers and unenbody workers are mainly held accountable for paper work, coke. The lack of coherence with regard to goals down thes system is part of the problem. It's not about marks, it's not about ranks. T's about being able to read a sheet of paper in second grade or answer four questions. And this should not become like, have i memorized that paragraph? In fact, it's kind of shocking coming back to curricula reforms.
