Cyanide and the Flu
Almonds contain a compound that is hydrolyzed to produce cyanide. Kio reported the poison was acetone cyanohydrin, whereas Tokyo University found the poison to be potassium cyanide. It's interesting that the two universities came to a different conclusion and we'll dive into that a little bit in the theories as to why that might have happened.
