The Benefits of Carbohydrates in Endurance Sports

There's a seemingly endless debate about carbohydrates versus no carbohydrates, low carb, high fat for endurance sports. My understanding would be that there's a place for both. The answer I would say is that we now sort of work on substrate flexibility. So by using certain feeding practices, you know, manipulating when carbs are there, when fat is there, et cetera, we build the athlete to be able to use both.
