I would not be surprised if they don't have to have specific simulator time practicing the approach and landing into Kathmandu. The operator should reassess its preflight briefing to ensure that a proper preflight briefing by the dispatcher has been conducted at the appropriate time. Strengthen the capacity of the air traffic control by developing the appropriate training program.
