Running a Half Marathon

"I had two gulls actually. This was my fourth half marathon that i ran this year, and in each one, my time got a little bit faster," he says. "Everything was going great for ten and a half miles, but the race is 13 miles ... I get to the 10 and a half mile mark, the wheels start to come off the wagon."
