There's a whole bunch of measures to try and combat increasing payment fraud. Measures to try and level the playing field, particularly for non-bank payment service providers giving them equal access. There's a lot of effort going into increasing the enforcement powers. If this all comes through, this is a huge change to the landscape across the European Union.
