Evolutionary Psychology

Science is the place we seek explanations. We are never given a mechanism by which this d and is able to influence our thoughts. Absent an explanation, we are in a world of non explanatory science - scientism. Evolutionary psychology can claim whatever it likes, but if it wants to be science, it can't go around violating laws of physics.
