The Different Types of Rationalization
Rationalization is a defense process in which plausible reasons justify an action or an opinion. Repression is also a defense mechanism that refuses to let into awareness unacceptable impulses but remains unconsciously operative and behavior. Displacement is a defense mechanism which effect is transferred from one object to another. We all experience grief and loss; these topics do need to be discussed.
