Is It a Ponzi Scheme?

I'm glad that all the depositors were made whole. I feel weird that taxpayers are on the hook according to this bank term funding program. There's a lot of like other unfairness in the system that we probably don't have time to touch on because it's not really related to e-commerce. How does the average person who isn't this deep in this world or reads this much understand fintech as an industry? It's sort of like, okay, so what is the, you know, am I insured a 250k or more than 250k? Is there any risk in working with these new banks?
