The Importance of Women in the Church

John Chrysostom states that the whole female sex must retire when it comes to presiding over the church. He didn't just say women only he said the whole femalesex and the majority of men you see being a male isn't a qualification for being a leader in a church. It is a small minority of men who are actually qualified because those men have to surpass all others an excellence of spirit. The office of bishop  is not established for men it's for qualified men and most of the male population is unqualified, says Peter Clark.
