Little Richard was a black gay performer who worked in drag. He existed in contradiction he could be openly gay in some ways probably to his circles this happened for decades as a queer person myself. I think that queerness is often misunderstood as an individual identityright the truth of one person right as if we have a single truth that we can never change. Little Richard really didn't have a thing. The Richard was who he wanted to be when he needed to be on what day he needs to be it.
