Is Microsopt Office Open?

It is unfortunate. It sounds like me microsopt office before they changed it to an open standard. And then that change hans, and it didn't seem to hurt microso to make this not the case. But something that you should know is that there's a difference between making the form of the standard open and making the semantics of thestandard open.
