The Power of Feeling Into Her Heart

Most men have a wound around receiving the feminine heart. When we are avoiding certain things and suppressing certain things, then feeling her heart means we cannot feel her heart without simultaneously feeling our own deepest emotions. This is where the feminine often gets seen as a threat because our shadow perceives it as a threat. But she is just a catalyst that actually allows us in that moment to feel our own deepest pain and emotions. That is ours for us to take responsibility for and for us to heal and work through integrating process so that we can show up in our full and most powerful nature with her.
