How Long Is Too Long?

There is no set of automatic length of time in short. We've got a number of cases where we've got a few weeks, would be seen as too long. And I think in one case, we had 18 months where it's been argued that the individual hadn't affirmed the breach. But essentially, it's what's called a mixture of both law and facts.
