The Importance of Having a Critical Culture of Excellence
Hank: I believe that it's you know the credit goes to all of the leaders in the department and the staff themselves as they mentor new new folks that come in for training. We're still looking at doing a system wide program for education for still processing areas focusing on sterilization and high level disinfection so that all sites across the system can utilize the same materials. So again I want to say that my front line in leadership staff are the ones that get credit for that but we have ongoing huddles so there's a huddle for each shift.
