I think my thing very quickly is that during the week when I'm training, it's, I love it so much. It's just when it gets to the weekend and I have a race, if it's slower than the weekend before, like absolutely shattered and just ruined that. And so then we can really, you know, even in that kind of sense or feeling of failure, you can still bring in, "This feels hard for me" Or choosing things that genuinely almost bring you a sense of playfulness.
