Can I Just Create a DBA?
There are times where DBA's are appropriate. You can change the name of your LLC or I think it's $25 filing fee. If you're really taking a business in a new direction, take a look at actually changing the business name itself. It doesn't accomplish anything from a legal perspective at all.
