Orchestric Dances - The Art of Healing
In ancient greece, we must see that they blossom from the choral dance. The whole goal of orchestric dancing was to express the breathing and blood circulation in human beings in the most perfected way. They believe that when the blood is circulating properly, it works right into the finger tips, and people will instinctively strike the strings of a zither or lute in the right way. It was understood that the healing effect of choral dancing on one's breathing would lead to singing.
