How to Make New Proteins in a Muscle Cell
The general consensus is you don't create new muscle cells. Are not cells that strengthen or hypertope. Many increase the size of the curret ones by increasing the fibrils. And so when these tears occur, these satelite cells are activated and increase the amount of mi fibres.
