The Future of Work Is Going to Be About Working With AI

I think it is going to be hugely job destructive in terms of the future of work. I think lots of people are going to need to get, get good at working with AI. The people that win will be those who can generate the best outputs from and work with AI in the most fruitful ways. My personal view is that probably part of how we get there is some form of universal basic income. You know, machines create a lot of value and we find a way to share it. That's where it heads long long term.
