The Complications of Executing an SEO Campaign
The hardest part about working on an SEO campaign is the time between implementation and feedback. I've developed a set of KPIs, a framework that allows me to tell if a project is off-track within 60 days by just looking at a couple for statistics. And essentially it starts with, was the work done? In our case, it's publishing lots of high quality content. The second thing that you should kind of hold your search engine accountable to is once that content is published, it should become in the end of the next index. If any of these KPIs are flat for more than 60 days, something's wrong with the campaign.
