The Importance of Emotional Impact on Occam's Razor

Eliezer says it's more probable that universes replicate for any reason than that they replicate via black holes. The point I think he's hammering on is that people need to feel a strong emotional impact for Occam's racer. Feel every added detail as a burden, every single extra role of the dice and yeah I think if humans could feel Occam's razor as a literal emotional reaction that would help a lot.
