How to Give Feedback to a Mentee
How would you help a mentee to be not overly attached to what they're working on? It's tough to just tell somebody, hey, this feedback doesn't reflect you. I'm more focused on the rationale behind the decisions. Talking through those types of design decisions helps more separate the what from the why and if we can get a better why, there will be a better what.
