Getting Out of Addiction

The idea of non duality, which is rooted in the negation of any premise or idea of being a long lasting independent separate thing. So truly, we are what we're looking for, but not as the you that's looking for everything. And if we're in the act of being identified as self, a lot of falsehood appears to be true and then our life becomes based on these misunderstandings.
