How to Prioritize Your Day

I subscribe to the philosophy of blocking off time. I have blocks of call for 30 minutes, find prospects for 15, send emails, all of that. And I assign a corresponding point value with the activities that I believe contribute to the outcomes I want. The goal each and every day is seven points. It's important because everyone's worried about vanity metrics.
