How to Balance Your Time Between Productivity and Operations

In his prayer time, Ramsey figured out God was saying that he's to work on three things other than being the product. If I'm getting sucked into operational things, that means I've got a leadership problem in my company. "I have to spend my week on the right stuff and it has to be done on the right thing," says Ramsey.
