There was talk recently that Mercedes were trying to get Mr Nui to go over to their side of things. I think we knew that that wasn't going to happen, but that is the point. People are what develop a team forward and a diverse group of people even more so because it means that you've got even more ideas and perspectives. The best businesses are at the top.
