Is the Economic Situation Destroying Iranians?
The Islamic Republic has around 500 protests annually ranging from labor issues to water scarcity. There is a deep culture of protests in Iran, a release valve if you will. But I think that the political establishment is much more interested in surviving and not let's say falling apart like the Soviet Union did.
