The First D in ADDR Is Defining Outcomes
The ADDR process really starts with a line aligning ourselves to what the outcomes are. Are we going to end up implementing an API that is going to solve someone's problems? And oftentimes, and I've experienced this firsthand, we start off with this idea of what we think we need. So before we launch into code, it's important to align ourselves to make sure that all of our outcomes are headed.
