The Burn Out Epidemic

We had a complete failure. It was disastrous, to be perfectly frank. We have forty one % of the canadian and global work foruce looking at leaving their jobs because of how they were treated in the pandem at work. And people are hitting up burn out thresholdsat what the crisis did was just exasterbate those existing problems that weren't being addressed. So we've swung the pendulum really too far in one direction, and we need to get it back in centere again.
