Hyper Rescue Squadron at the Sunami Nuclear Power Plant
The hyper rescue squad has miles of heavy duty hose at their disposal. Their pumps on their trucks are more powerful than anything the plant's fire crews have. The sunami has left behind so much debris it is impossible for them to get anywhere close to the ocean. So kamanaka is trying plan b: They'll link together five more segments in the same way until they have a long enough hose to pump water from the ocean to the reactors.
