We're on the Sands of New Grimsby, a Village in the Middle of the Bay.
In a couple of weeks, we've got the um title lunch. The whole of that channel goes out, and you it, you can walk to brie. So we have, we have a very big event, a low tide event. We're out here in the middle of the where, what is the sea becomes a big lunchUm. And people go out and cook all sorts of things. And then we'll rush back in before the tide comes in. Many hundreds of people will come for that in the next couple of years.
