The SEC's Proposal to Redefine the Definition of Exchange
The SEC has this rule proposal out to redefine the definition of exchange. It would include decentralized finance protocols, but also things that are closer to chat features on like Bloomberg. The backlash to this rule proposal is breathtaking. I don't think I've ever seen a rule that had that much backlash.
