We Can't Win With Words
I cannot negotiate with people who are here to kill you and to kill your family. I understand why some of you can say that we don't believe in weapons. If we could, we would do that a long time ago. That's the only way that we could win. We can win with words. It's been almost a year, and I can't stop thinking about this anniversary. And I find it really hard to be around Western Europeans having these theoretical conversations about how all weapons are bad. But I still can't face living flat, leaving my family.
