Are You a Creative Director?

Vicerole: I had a bunch of different jobs before I started running my studio, one of which was creative director. And that is just not the job for me. Like I am someone who is in the trenches. I don't like to tell other people what to design as much. So it felt like sort of a coming back to myself in that way. With two very small children we're like my bandwidth for additional stresses really low. It's so fun to support other people the same way that my clients support me.
