I'd Like to See a Emigration, but I'm Not Sure.
i think the concentration of crime has a huge effect, and it would be worth getting it down. And actually, if anything, this is a case for a emigration. The best measure we have is just how much extra would people pay to live in otherwise identical areas with different levels of crime. I wouldn't poo poo the effect of the social class of crime in the us. Just because of where it's concentrated in the big cities. You really can see people that can totally afford to live in much lower crime areas, who stay in urban areas,. jus cause they love the imenitie so much.
