Lax Estate Litigation

Human life is not worth ten billion dollars, i'll just say bluntly. It has yet to be proven that henrietta lax received sub standard care from the medical establishment when she was alive. I don't know how one defines what unjust enrichment is without also figuring out what inequitable means here. The tort world for which almost any inequitable harm seems to fit inside.
