The problem is not replacing people completely, but that's the vision, right? So you're saying that we don't want customer representatives, we want an AI to do that instead. It's pretty difficult right now. And I don't want to draw away too much from the broader topic of the book which is about inequality and how progress or what we conceive as progress has not always resulted in benefits for everybody.
