Using Directed Energy Weapons

Lorelle, a major defense contractor, has previously conducted research on directed energy weapons for Lieutenant General Leonard Perez of the U.S. Air Force. The device employs electromagnetic radiation of gigahertz frequencies, microwaves, pulsed at extremely low frequencies, ELF. It is used to torture people both physically and mentally from a distance. Weapons of this type are thought to have been used against a British woman protesting the presence of American cruise missiles during the 1970s. Another pulse microwave device can deliver audible signals directly to an individual while remaining undetectable to anyone else.
