Is the Universe an Accident?

If you go and just choose any old universe by accident, you almost certainly get one which has a wonderfully simple, expanding, accelerating space time. There's three approaches there to why think that the universe is an accident. So how do we have moto logic of other possibe s in which we can tell these constants are actually like necessary, or are most probable to be this way in our universe?
