Is It a Good Idea to Buy a Bond?
The interest rates being low makes a huge difference. I'm always worried that if you overpay because of low interest rates, what happens when those low interest rates go away? It's not a problem if you match fundet on the liability side and get ten or 20 year debt. If one must stretch for an amazing asset, i would just finance it n now,. i think it's good advice to recognize it.
