This helps to slow down how quickly you are getting all that glucose, the carbohydrates from that meal into your bloodstream. The next big area also has to do with food, but supporting minerals for a healthy stress response. Minerals are huge. They work like spark plugs in the body. So if we can have adequate levels of certain minerals, then that can help us have an appropriate stress response.
