What Are Not Success Metrics?

The data science and analytic groups are not spending the time to really understand down stream decision making. That's what we really have to hone in on, if any of this technology output is going to serve them. This can be done with designn too, like the number of goees, widgets and screens that we made. It nt mean you're getting any value, or you've delivered anything of value, just because you're spending time talking to users. And it is a refined progress metric, where eating our vegetables were less, so we should get better results.
