The Importance of Empathy for the Machine

I don't really understand a lot about how this stuff works except in the most general ways. I think one way to think about having empathy for the machine is trying to understand a phrase we've used here Dan and that we certainly all used elsewhere on this a good app. If you ever had a job with people and deadlines and interactions and weird secret rules nobody knows about going and typing into a website is not going to produce stellar work for you. A good TV show will teach you how to interact with it now here's the problem and we run into something again the xy problem um I think I want to know everything  when it turns out the solution that I want is actually y
